Privacy Policy

In force 31 July 2026. The essentials in one line: a static site, and conversations that stay in Claude or ChatGPT.

This policy describes what the Gladstone website and connectors process — and, mostly, what they do not. The publisher is Lex IA SARL, identified in the Legal notice.

1. The short version

  • This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and hosts no user records.
  • Your conversations stay in your Claude or ChatGPT workspace, with Anthropic or OpenAI. The publisher cannot read them.
  • The connectors receive only the lookups the assistant issues to consult the record, without your identity.

2. This website

The pages you are reading are static documents. They collect nothing, set no cookies of their own, embed no analytics or advertising scripts, and contain no forms.

Two technical points, stated plainly. First, type: the pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which receive the technical data any web request carries, such as an IP address and a browser signature; this is the site’s only third-party request. Second, logs: like most web infrastructure, the servers behind the site and the connectors may keep short-lived technical logs — requested address, timestamp, technical origin — for security and operations. These logs are not used to profile anyone, and are not sold or shared for marketing.

3. The connectors

Adding a connector happens in your Claude or ChatGPT settings; nothing is created on this site. The connectors have no user records, no sign-in and no passwords, so requests arrive without your identity: the publisher does not receive your name, your email or your Claude or ChatGPT details, and cannot tie lookups to a person.

What the connectors do receive is the content of the lookups the assistant issues while consulting the record on your behalf: a search phrase, a heading or section number, a date, the elements of a computation. That content is processed to return the requested texts. A sensible habit for professional work: give a question the facts it needs and no more — the record answers as well for a description as for a named client.

4. Conversations stay in Claude or ChatGPT

Your conversations, prompts and files live in your Claude or ChatGPT workspace and are handled by Anthropic or OpenAI under their own privacy policies and terms. The publisher has no access to that workspace, to your conversation history or to your files. What Anthropic or OpenAI retains, and for how long, is governed by your agreement with them; consult their policies for the details.

5. What the service does not do

  • No selling, renting or sharing of personal data for marketing.
  • No advertising, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
  • No newsletters or marketing lists: no address is ever collected.
  • No user profiles: there is nothing here to attach one to.

6. Retention

Technical logs, where kept, are retained only as long as security and operations require, then discarded. The connectors never receive your conversations in the first place — only the lookups described above — so there is no conversation archive on this side to retain or delete.

7. Your choices

You can remove a connector at any moment in Claude or ChatGPT, under Settings, then Connectors; nothing persists on this side, because nothing was created. You control what goes into a conversation. For requests concerning your Claude or ChatGPT workspace and conversation data, address Anthropic or OpenAI. For questions about this policy, write to management@tariq-ai.com, the contact address published in the Legal notice.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page identifies the version in force.
